In her new role, Julie will lead talent acquisition strategies focused on expanding Job&Talent’s go-to-market (GTM) and sales teams across the United States. She will leverage her extensive expertise to connect top talent with impactful opportunities, driving the company’s growth and success.
Julie brings a wealth of experience to Job&Talent. Prior to this, she served as Global Director, Internal Talent Acquisition at Randstad Enterprise, where she led talent acquisition strategies for global operations, supporting business expansion and workforce alignment.
Before Randstad Enterprise, Julie spent over a decade at Randstad USA, progressing through various leadership roles, including Area Manager, Internal Talent Acquisition, where she built a high-performing recruitment team that delivered top results. She also held positions such as Manager, Internal Talent Acquisition and Market Manager, Sales & Recruiting, where she transformed underperforming branches into top performers nationwide.
Julie’s earlier career includes roles at Jessica McClintock Inc., where she managed sales and customer experience operations, showcasing her ability to lead diverse teams and achieve excellence in challenging environments.
