Vilayat, Bharuch, India, July 2025 – Kailash Ukhade has joined Jubilant Ingrevia Limited as Vice President – Projects, where he will oversee greenfield and brownfield capital expenditure projects, as well as MOC project construction across all five Jubilant Ingrevia sites. With a distinguished track record in project execution and technical leadership, Kailash brings over three decades of experience across pharmaceuticals, chemicals, biotechnology, and engineering services.

Before joining Jubilant Ingrevia, Kailash Ukhade served as Vice President – Projects & Technical Services at Farmson Basic Drugs Pvt. Ltd. for over four years. Reporting directly to the CEO, he managed capex projects valued at over ₹800 Cr, successfully leading the commissioning of major API manufacturing capacities and greenfield facilities. He also established the Projects & Technical Services Department at Farmson, built a high-performing team of 35 professionals, and streamlined engineering, procurement, and construction practices.

Prior to that, he served as Chief Executive Officer at Biopharmax India Pvt. Ltd., where he was responsible for business growth, profitability, and project delivery across the Asia-Pacific region. He developed market strategies, enhanced coordination with the global HQ in Israel, and represented the company in India’s pharmaceutical and biotech industries.

Kailash also held the position of Vice President – Projects at Pharmsol Group (Dubai, UAE) and earlier led the Process Engineering Cluster at Larsen & Toubro Technology Services, where he delivered key projects for global clients such as PepsiCo, GSK, Amway, and SABIC. His early leadership experience at Dr. Reddy’s Laboratories, Apicore, and Oman Chemicals & Pharmaceuticals LLC further solidified his expertise in large-scale pharma project execution and regulatory compliance.

Spanning across roles at Cadila Pharmaceuticals, Lupin, GSK, Sun Pharma, and United Phosphorus Ltd., Kailash’s career reflects deep domain knowledge, an ability to lead cross-functional teams, and hands-on experience in engineering design, execution, commissioning, and operations.

Prior to joining Apollo, Matt was Chief Talent Officer at BlackRock as well as a member of the Operating Committee. Previously, he held strategy, talent, and innovation roles at Mastercard, PwC, and CEB/Gartner.

Matt holds a BA in Economics from the University of Southern California, an MSc from the London School of Economics, and an MBA from Harvard Business School. He currently serves on the boards of the Lumina Foundation, the Aspen Institute’s Business and Society program, the Milken Institute’s Inclusive Capitalism initiative, and Georgetown University’s initiative on AI, Analytics, and the Future of Work. He is the co-author of numerous Harvard Business School case studies and articles on leadership. Matt has been recognized as a Top Global CHRO multiple times by n2Growth and Stanford Business School.
