Slough, England, United Kingdom, March 2025 – Reckitt has appointed Kate Bloice as Head of Talent and Learning: Finance, IT&D and Legal. In this strategic role, she will be responsible for driving leadership development, enhancing learning programs, and strengthening talent strategies across key corporate functions. Kate’s deep expertise in talent management, succession planning, and candidate experience makes her a valuable addition to Reckitt’s leadership team.
Prior to this role, Kate Bloice served as Head of Candidate Experience at Reckitt, where she played a pivotal role in transforming hiring processes, improving employer branding, and enhancing the overall recruitment journey for candidates.
Before joining Reckitt, she spent over a decade at GSK, where she held several leadership positions, including HR Manager for Consumer Healthcare and UK/US Early Talent Recruitment Team Lead. She was instrumental in driving early talent acquisition, managing recruitment strategies, and implementing leadership development programs for GSK’s global workforce.
Her career also includes experience in graduate recruitment, talent engagement, and procurement roles, providing her with a strong foundation in workforce planning, stakeholder engagement, and leadership development.
