Pune, Maharashtra, India, June 2026 — CBRE has announced the promotion of Kaushik Dharmani to the position of Senior Director, marking another significant milestone in his long-standing and successful journey with the global commercial real estate services leader.
Dharmani takes on the new role after more than 13 years with CBRE, during which he has consistently progressed through a series of leadership positions while contributing to the growth of the company’s Industrial, Logistics, Land, and Investment Services business in Western India.
Most recently, he served as Director at CBRE, a position he held since April 2024. Prior to that, he was Senior Associate Director and earlier Associate Director, where he led the Industrial, Logistics, ILS Land & Investments business for the Pune region. Over the years, he also held key leadership roles including General Manager, Deputy General Manager, Senior Manager, Manager, and Assistant Manager – Transaction Management Group, steadily expanding his responsibilities and impact across the organization.
Before joining CBRE in 2012, Dharmani worked with ValueNotes, where he served as Strategic Account Manager and Research Analyst, gaining experience in research, business development, and client management. Earlier in his career, he completed a summer internship with DBS Bank, providing him with foundational exposure to the financial services sector.
An MBA in Finance from Savitribai Phule Pune University, Dharmani has built a distinguished career spanning commercial real estate, industrial and logistics infrastructure, transaction management, land investments, client advisory, and business growth.
In his new role as Senior Director, he is expected to further strengthen CBRE’s industrial and logistics real estate capabilities while supporting clients navigating India’s rapidly evolving manufacturing, warehousing, and supply chain ecosystem.
