Charlotte, North Carolina, United States – October 2024 – Kelly Meador has been appointed as the Vice President, People Planning & Intelligence at Advocate Health. In her new role, Kelly will oversee strategic workforce planning, data analytics, and intelligence to optimize the people strategy of Advocate Health. Her focus will be on enhancing operational efficiency, driving strategic insights, and supporting the organization’s mission to deliver equitable care across its footprint.
Before joining Advocate Health, Kelly served at Baylor Scott & White Health for nearly seven years, where she held multiple roles, including Vice President, Administration, and Chief of Staff to the CEO. During this tenure, she played a crucial role in strategic planning, executive operations, and system-wide initiatives to enhance patient experience and operational excellence. Her efforts contributed significantly to the organization’s growth and efficiency.
Earlier in her career, Kelly was part of the HealthTexas Provider Network (HTPN), a member of Baylor Scott & White Health. She held various roles, including Director of Administration, where she was instrumental in leading administrative operations, service excellence initiatives, and enhancing patient experience. Kelly also served as Manager of Service Excellence, Office Manager, and Office Coordinator during her time at HTPN, where she developed a deep understanding of healthcare operations and management.
