Paris, Île-de-France, France, May 2026 — Kirsty Leivers has taken on a new role as Chief People Officer / Chief Human Resources Officer for AXA Headquarters, marking a significant elevation in her long-standing leadership journey with AXA.
Kirsty has been associated with AXA for over two decades, most recently serving as Chief Culture, Inclusion and Diversity Officer, where she led culture, inclusion, diversity, and employee experience priorities across the group.
Earlier, she served as Group Head of Inclusion, Diversity and Employee Experience and previously held the role of Global Head of HR Transformation and Change at AXA Investment Managers, strengthening her expertise in HR transformation, organizational change, culture, and employee experience.
Her earlier journey at AXA includes leadership roles across diversity and inclusion, quality of service, operational excellence, program management, project leadership, and process transformation, giving her deep institutional knowledge and a strong understanding of AXA’s global operating environment.
