Krista Bortolato has recently joined as Vice President, Human Resources Field Operations at SQUAN, marking a significant milestone in her distinguished career in human resources.

With a robust career spanning nearly two decades, Krista Bortolato brings a wealth of experience to her new position at SQUAN. Prior to joining SQUAN, Bortolato held significant roles at several prestigious organizations. Most recently, she served as the Human Resources Director at Aramark, where she developed and implemented human capital strategies across global teams. Before Aramark, she was Vice President Human Resources, Field Operations at DBi Services, LLC, and Vice President Human Resources at Frontline Education, contributing to their strategic HR initiatives and team development.

Bortolato’s extensive background is characterized by her strategic leadership in organizational development, talent management, and succession planning, among other areas. Her ability to drive HR strategies that align with business goals has made her a valued leader in every organization she has been a part of.
