With an impressive career spanning over a decade in various human resources and talent acquisition roles, Nadia Pais brings to Pyypl a wealth of experience and a proven track record of driving growth and building robust organizational cultures. Before joining Pyypl, Nadia served as the Head of People & Culture at the company itself for a brief period, showcasing her deep commitment to enhancing the workplace and nurturing talent.
Nadia’s extensive background also includes pivotal roles at CAFU, where she was involved in People & Culture, and Opontia, where she served as Vice President of People. Her tenure at Kasha Global as Chief People Officer further solidified her expertise in managing global talent acquisition, organizational development, and leadership. Prior to these roles, Nadia made significant contributions to Swvl as Global HR Director & Talent Acquisition and held leadership positions at Ethan Partners, UPTO Aviation, REBL Events, and Line Up Aviation, in addition to her early career at ManpowerGroup.
