Bengaluru, Karnataka, India, July 2026 — LSEG (London Stock Exchange Group) has appointed Laksh Sharma as Director, People Partner. In his new role, he will partner with business leaders to shape people strategy, strengthen organizational capability, drive leadership effectiveness, enable workforce transformation, and support LSEG’s continued growth through strategic talent and people initiatives.
Laksh brings nearly 18 years of experience across global technology, consulting, enterprise software, and financial services organizations, with deep expertise in HR business partnering, organizational transformation, leadership development, talent strategy, people enablement, and strategic workforce planning.
Prior to joining LSEG, Laksh served as an HR Subject Matter Expert (SME) with AIHR (Academy to Innovate HR) in the Netherlands while also working as an Independent HR Consultant. During this period, he advised organizations on HR transformation, strategic people practices, organizational effectiveness, leadership development, and future-ready HR operating models while contributing thought leadership to the global HR community.
Earlier, he was Head of Human Resources – HashedIn by Deloitte, where he led the people function during a period of growth and transformation. He partnered with business leaders to drive talent strategy, organizational development, leadership capability, culture initiatives, employee experience, and people integration while supporting business expansion.
Before Deloitte, Laksh served as Senior Manager – HR Programs at Freshworks, leading strategic HR programs focused on talent development, diversity and inclusion, organizational capability, leadership initiatives, and employee engagement across the growing SaaS organization.
He previously spent over seven years with IBM as Deputy General Manager – HR Partner & People Manager Enablement Leader, where he led strategic HR partnering, manager capability development, leadership effectiveness, organizational change, talent management, and workforce planning across large global teams.
Earlier in his career, Laksh worked as Senior Associate – HR Business Partner at Fiserv, supporting business leaders across performance management, talent development, employee engagement, succession planning, and HR business partnering.
He began his HR leadership journey with Cybage Software as Senior Executive – HR, gaining foundational experience across talent acquisition, employee relations, HR operations, performance management, and organizational development.
Laksh completed an Executive Development Program in Human Resource Management from XLRI Jamshedpur and also holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Human Resources Management from The Maharaja Sayajirao University of Baroda, strengthening his expertise in strategic HR leadership and organizational transformation.
His appointment reflects LSEG’s continued investment in building a high-performing organization by strengthening strategic people leadership, organizational capability, and leadership excellence across its global business.
