Lane brings over two decades of experience in human resources, organizational management, and leadership consulting across private equity, financial services, and investment management sectors. Her expertise lies in aligning people strategies with business objectives, fostering high-performance cultures, and enhancing leadership capabilities across organizations.
Prior to joining Lee Equity Partners, Lane served as Principal and Head of Human Capital at Lightyear Capital, where she built comprehensive talent frameworks and led strategic HR transformation initiatives. She also worked as Director of Office Administration at CI Capital Partners and held senior administrative leadership roles at MKP Capital Management and Arrowgrass Capital Partners, overseeing HR operations, compliance, and organizational culture initiatives.
Earlier in her career, Lane held human resources and compliance leadership positions at G.C. Andersen Partners and began her professional journey as a Senior Paralegal at Eaton and Van Winkle LLP, gaining strong grounding in corporate governance and regulatory processes. Most recently, she also served as a Partnering Consultant with Focus Consulting Group, advising senior executives on leadership alignment and organizational performance.
