Laura Turnbull has announced her new role as Chief People Officer at Pharmacy2U Ltd, expanding her leadership scope within the health sector. This position follows a successful tenure at LloydsDirect, where she contributed significantly over three years, culminating in a pivotal role as People Director.

At LloydsDirect, Turnbull was instrumental in fostering a culture of inclusivity and strategic human resource management, which she will continue to develop in her new role at Pharmacy2U. Her responsibilities will focus on leading HR strategies that support the company’s ambitious growth and operational goals, particularly in the development and medical affairs sectors.

Turnbull’s extensive HR experience spans more than a decade, with significant positions at notable organizations such as Cotton On Group and Alexion Pharmaceuticals. At Cotton On Group, she served as People & Performance Manager and then as Group HR Manager for Asia, where she enhanced HR frameworks across diverse business units. Her role involved critical elements of HR including talent management, organizational design, and fostering inclusivity, skills that she will bring to her new position at Pharmacy2U.
