Len Falter Appointed as the New Director of Human Resources at MarinHealth

MarinHealth is excited to announce the appointment of Len Falter as the new Director of Human Resources.

With a distinguished career spanning over 27 years in various leadership and human resources roles, Falter joins MarinHealth with a rich background in enhancing organizational performance and developing effective human resources strategies.

Before joining MarinHealth, Falter contributed significantly to Adventist Health as a Network Director of Human Resources, where he managed HR activities for the Central Valley Network in Northern California. His tenure at Adventist Health and other organizations showcased his skills in HR Investigations, Organizational Learning, Training and Development, HR Policies, Employee Learning & Development, and Leadership Development Coaching. Furthermore, Falter’s experience as a Principal at FTM Leadership Services, Inc., and previous leadership positions at Comcast Cable and Cablevision, have equipped him with a profound understanding of operational performance, employee productivity, and leadership coaching.
