Buffalo, New York, United States, October 2024 – Leyna Rozak has been appointed as the Vice President of People and Team Development at CleanFiber, a leader in high-performance cellulose insulation. In her new role, Leyna will focus on developing and managing talent, fostering organizational growth, and overseeing strategic HR initiatives to support CleanFiber’s mission of producing eco-friendly insulation solutions.
Prior to joining CleanFiber, Leyna Rozak served as the Vice President of Human Resources and Strategic Initiatives at Rosina Food Products, Inc. for a brief period in 2024. During her tenure, she was instrumental in leading succession planning and strategic initiatives, aligning HR goals with business objectives to drive growth and innovation.
Before that, Leyna was the Director of Human Resources and Administration at Rosina Food Products, Inc. for nearly two years, where she successfully managed HR functions, improved team dynamics, and played a crucial role in enhancing organizational effectiveness in Buffalo, New York.
Earlier in her career, Leyna spent over three years as the Director of Human Resources at Dynabrade Power Tools, where she managed full HR oversight and served as a key leader in driving HR strategies and change management initiatives at the company’s Clarence location.
Leyna also held the role of Director of Human Resources at Hohl Industrial for more than two years, based in the Buffalo/Niagara area. In this role, she led the HR function for the company, focusing on building teams and leading senior leadership relationships to improve employee engagement and organizational development.
