Wayne, Pennsylvania, United States, September 2024 – Linda Sanchez has been appointed as the new Chief People Officer, Head of HR, U.S. at DLL. In this role, Linda will oversee the HR operations across the U.S., focusing on enhancing employee engagement, driving strategic HR initiatives, and ensuring alignment with DLL’s global mission and values.
Prior to joining DLL, Linda Sanchez served as the Executive Vice President, Chief People Officer at Fulton Bank for approximately 1 year, where she led all aspects of people operations, including HR strategy, employee engagement, and DEI initiatives, focusing on improving efficiency and performance across the organization.
Before that, she was the Chief People Officer at Diversified Search Group for about 1.5 years, where she worked closely with the CEO to set strategic HR priorities, developed key performance indicators, and advanced integration efforts for smaller firms.
Earlier, she held the position of EVP, Chief Human Resources Officer at Bryn Mawr Trust for over 3 years, where she was responsible for HR, marketing, and strategic planning, driving cultural transformation and implementing an effective DEI strategy.
In her earlier career, Linda contributed significantly as the Chief Administrative Officer, EVP Human Resources at Berkadia and Capmark for a combined total of 10+ years, where she led HR transformations, rebranding initiatives, and cultural shifts. She also had a long tenure at GMAC Commercial Mortgage, where she held multiple HR leadership roles, including Executive Vice President, Human Resources, leading HR and administrative operations for over 10 years. Additionally, she briefly owned and operated a small business, Ashley’s Cafe LLC, before returning to corporate roles.
