London, United Kingdom, January 2025 – Lisa Cudjoe has been promoted to the position of Vice President, People, Europe Corporate and People Functions at Visa. In her new role, Lisa will oversee HR strategies and initiatives across corporate and people functions in Europe, driving organizational excellence and fostering a culture of innovation and inclusion.
Lisa has been with Visa for nearly four years, previously serving as Senior Director, People, Europe Corporate Functions. In this capacity, she played a key role in supporting corporate functions with strategic HR initiatives and fostering a strong people-first culture. Earlier at Visa, she held the role of Director, HR Business Partner, where she contributed to aligning business goals with HR strategies.
Before joining Visa, Lisa gained valuable experience at Cision, where she held multiple HR leadership roles, including Director, HR UK & UAE and HR Business Partner, demonstrating her ability to manage diverse and cross-regional teams.
Lisa’s career also includes impactful HR roles at leading organizations such as BT Group, Sky, Ford Retail Group, and Elior France, where she honed her expertise in HR leadership, business partnering, and organizational development.
