Charlotte, North Carolina, United States, June 2026 — Lockton has elevated Sarah Lytton to the role of Managing Director, People Solutions – Southeast, reinforcing the company’s commitment to delivering innovative people, health, and workforce solutions to clients across the region.
In her new position, Sarah will lead the People Solutions business across the Southeast region, helping organizations navigate evolving workforce challenges while strengthening employee wellbeing, health strategy, risk management, and organizational performance initiatives. Her appointment reflects Lockton’s continued focus on expanding its advisory capabilities and delivering client-centered solutions in an increasingly complex business environment.
Sarah has built an impressive twelve-year career with Lockton, steadily progressing through a series of leadership roles. Most recently, she served as SVP, Director, Precision Health Practice, where she led initiatives focused on precision health strategies, workforce wellbeing, and innovative employee health solutions. Prior to that, she was Vice President, Director Health Risk Solutions, overseeing health risk management programs and consulting services for a diverse client portfolio.
Earlier, she held the roles of Vice President, Senior Health Risk Solutions Consultant, Assistant Vice President, Health Risk Solutions Consultant, and Health Risk Manager, developing deep expertise in employee health, wellbeing strategy, population health management, and organizational risk mitigation.
Alongside her corporate leadership journey, Sarah served as Director of Performance Nutrition at Momentus Personal Training, where she advised clients on nutrition, wellness, and performance optimization. Earlier in her career, she worked as a Health and Wellness Consultant at Wells Fargo and as a Health and Wellness Partner with Novant Health, building a strong foundation in health promotion and employee wellbeing.
She began her professional journey through academic and talent development roles, serving as a Graduate Assistant in Human Nutrition at Winthrop University and later as a College Recruiter and Internship Program Manager at Lowe’s Home Improvement, where she gained valuable experience in talent development and workforce engagement.
With nearly two decades of experience spanning people solutions, health strategy, wellness consulting, talent development, employee engagement, and organizational performance, Sarah brings a unique combination of business leadership and human-centered expertise to her expanded role.
