Houston, Texas, USA – June 2026 – LT Foods Americas has announced the promotion of Shea Levitch to Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO), recognizing her significant contributions to the organization’s people strategy, culture transformation, and talent development initiatives.
In her expanded role, Levitch will lead the full scope of People and Culture strategy across LT Foods Americas while also assuming responsibility for the organization’s Information Technology function. She will play a key role in driving organizational growth, strengthening workforce capability, enhancing employee engagement, and supporting business transformation initiatives.
Levitch has been an integral part of LT Foods Americas for more than six years, most recently serving as Vice President Human Resources. During her tenure, she helped strengthen organizational capability, align talent strategies with business priorities, foster employee engagement, and build a culture focused on collaboration, performance, and long-term growth.
Prior to joining LT Foods Americas, Levitch served as Chief Human Resources Officer at Harris Freeman & Co., one of the largest private-label tea producers in the United States. In this role, she led human resources strategy across a diversified business portfolio spanning tea, spices, beverages, software, and packaging operations with locations across the United States and the United Kingdom.
Earlier, she spent more than four years as Southwest Region Human Resources Manager at Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage, part of the nation’s largest residential real estate brokerage network. There, she supported large-scale workforce operations and talent initiatives across a complex multi-location environment.
Before that, she worked as a Senior Consultant with Employee Help, Inc., providing outsourced human resources leadership and strategic HR support to small and mid-sized businesses across industries.
Levitch began her leadership journey with Tracy Industries, Inc., where she spent nearly fifteen years as a Human Resources Leader, supporting workforce strategy, employee relations, organizational development, and operational excellence across a national automotive distribution and remanufacturing business.
With more than three decades of human resources leadership experience, Levitch has built a strong reputation for developing talent, driving organizational effectiveness, strengthening culture, and aligning people strategies with business growth objectives.
