Midlands, East and Southeast England, February 2025 – Lynn Stubbs has taken on the role of Chief People and Governance Officer at Amplius, one of the largest housing providers in the Midlands, East, and Southeast of England. In this executive leadership role, Lynn will oversee key areas including people, culture and organizational development, communications and marketing, governance and risk, as well as regulation and compliance.
Lynn brings nearly two decades of executive leadership experience to Amplius. Prior to her appointment, she served as Executive Director of People and Performance at Longhurst Group for over nine years. During her tenure, Lynn played a pivotal role in shaping the organization’s strategic direction, overseeing human resources, business transformation, governance, compliance, and internal audit functions, among others.
Previously, Lynn held the position of Director of Business Services at Spire Homes, part of the Longhurst Group, for over nine years. In this role, she was responsible for governance and regulation, organizational development, customer services, and asset management. Lynn’s strategic vision and operational expertise were instrumental in driving business growth and operational excellence at Spire Homes.
