Madhav Mani Appointed as Chief Executive Officer at Usha International

Gurugram, Haryana, India, May 2025 – Madhav Mani has taken over as the Chief Executive Officer at Usha International, marking a significant leadership transition in the organization. Madhav previously served as President-HR & CHRO at Usha International, where he played a vital role in driving organizational transformation, talent development, and long-term HR strategy.

With over 16 years at Usha International, Madhav has been at the heart of the company’s leadership team, steering key initiatives across leadership development, change management, talent acquisition, industrial relations, and organizational growth. His elevation to the CEO position is a testament to his deep institutional knowledge, strategic foresight, and people-centric leadership.

Prior to this, Madhav served as Associate Vice President – Human Resources at InterGlobe Technology Quotient, where he led enterprise-wide HR strategies and talent engagement programs, and was recognized as a “High-Performance High Potential” leader. His contributions included aligning HR programs to business strategy, promoting leadership growth, and implementing impactful workforce development initiatives.

He also held leadership HR positions at Reliance Industries Limited, where he was Head HR for the Petroleum Division in North India, and The Indian Hotels Company Limited, managing HR for prestigious properties like Taj Bengal Kolkata and Lake Palace Udaipur, focusing on performance management and employee engagement.

Earlier in his career, he worked with SMS Demag (now SMS group) as Manager – Human Resources, further strengthening his foundation in industrial HR and workforce strategy.

Madhav holds a CHRO Certification from The Wharton School and a Post Graduate Diploma in Personnel Management from Xavier Institute of Social Service, shaping a strong academic and professional base for his leadership roles.
