Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India, January 2025 – Madhukar V has taken on the role of Vice-President (HR & Administration) at Ultramarine & Pigments Ltd., a renowned BSE-listed company with a 65-year legacy. In this capacity, Madhukar will lead HR and administrative functions, focusing on strategic HR planning, talent acquisition, and organizational excellence to align with the company’s growth and commitment to quality.
Before joining Ultramarine & Pigments, Madhukar served as Founder of Ameya Consortium, a strategic HR consulting venture where he specialized in organizational turnaround, HR restructuring, workforce optimization, and business excellence. His tenure there demonstrated his ability to deliver impactful HR solutions.
Previously, Madhukar held the position of Director HR (India) at Intersnack Cashew India Private Limited, where he was a key member of the management team. He led HR strategies, policy integration, talent management, and employee relations, significantly contributing to the company’s operational success.
At SPIC, Madhukar served as Head – Human Resources, managing strategic HR functions, industrial relations, and employee engagement over nearly eight years. His leadership in compliance management and transformation initiatives proved instrumental in driving organizational improvements.
Earlier, Madhukar brought his expertise to roles including General Manager – Corporate HR at Grupo Antolin India and Head – HR & Admin at LEITNER, where he led teams in implementing best HR practices, developing greenfield projects, and fostering a positive work culture.
