Over the past 19 years at Nippon Paint (India) Private Limited, Mahesh has played a pivotal role in building the Decorative Paint Division into a strong nationwide business. Under his leadership, the company has expanded its presence across India, enhanced its digital ecosystem, and continuously driven product innovation to strengthen brand equity and competitive positioning.
During his tenure, Nippon Paint India has successfully diversified beyond decorative coatings into adjacent categories such as waterproofing, construction chemicals, and sustainable coating technologies.
