Mumbai, Maharashtra, India, May 2026 — Incuspaze has announced the appointment of Mamta Shetty as Senior Vice President – Enterprise Sales.
In her new role, Shetty will lead enterprise sales, managed office solutions, design and build transactions, channel partner relationships, and strategic workplace solutions across Mumbai, Navi Mumbai, and Thane. She will focus on driving business growth, client acquisition, workplace strategy, and customer success initiatives.
Shetty brings more than a decade of experience across enterprise sales, commercial real estate, flexible workspaces, managed office solutions, business development, and client relationship management.
Prior to joining Incuspaze, she spent over five years with Redbrick Offices, where she held leadership positions including Associate Director and General Manager. During her tenure, she was involved in business growth initiatives, enterprise client engagement, workspace solutions, and operational leadership.
Earlier, she served as General Manager at Workafella, supporting business expansion and customer-focused workspace solutions.
Before that, Shetty worked as Area Manager at IWG plc, where she managed workspace operations, client engagement, and commercial growth initiatives.
Her career also includes roles with Hiranandani Communities, where she supported commercial sales and leasing activities, and Awfis Space Solutions, where she served as Senior Manager – Sales.
She has additionally held leadership and business development positions with The Regus Group, The Executive Centre, and Romell Group, building extensive experience across enterprise sales, commercial leasing, flexible workspace solutions, business development, and customer relationship management.
Throughout her career, Shetty has developed expertise across enterprise sales, workplace strategy, managed office solutions, coworking and flexible workspaces, commercial real estate, channel partnerships, client acquisition, business growth, and customer success.
