United States, July 2024 – RTX is excited to announce the appointment of Mariah Saville as the new Director, Human Resources Business Partner for Enterprise Realty Services. In this role, Mariah will support strategic HR initiatives and play a key role in fostering a positive and productive work environment for the company’s remote team.
Earlier in her career, Mariah worked at UTC Aerospace Systems for approximately 8 years. Her roles included Associate Director of Human Resources for 2 years, Manager of Human Resources Generalist for 4.5 years, and Senior Representative of Human Resources for 1 year. Her responsibilities spanned across HR generalist functions, talent management, and HR strategy implementation.
Mariah Saville brings a wealth of experience in human resources and talent management to her new position at RTX. Before joining RTX, she spent over five years at Collins Aerospace, where she held several significant roles. Most recently, she served as the Director of Talent Management for 1.5 years, focusing on talent development and change management. Prior to that, she was the Director of Human Resources for nearly 4 years, where she managed HR operations and strategic planning.
Mariah began her HR career at Hamilton Sundstrand, where she served for nearly 5 years. She started as a Human Resources Generalist for approximately 2.5 years and then became a Human Resources Specialist for another 2.5 years, handling compensation and HR generalist duties for the engineering division.
Before her transition into human resources, Mariah worked as a Disability Claim Consultant at Disability Management Services, Inc. for about 5.5 years, where she gained valuable experience in employee relations and disability management.
