Tbilisi, Georgia, September 2025 – TBC Insurance has announced the appointment of Mariam Rekhviashvili as Head of the Talent Acquisition Team. In her new role, she will lead recruitment strategies, oversee team performance, and strengthen TBC Insurance’s ability to attract and retain top talent in a fast-evolving insurance landscape.
Before joining TBC Insurance, Mariam served as Recruiting Team Lead at SUBWAY Georgia for over two years, where she managed end-to-end hiring processes, guided recruiting specialists, and built efficient systems for candidate evaluation and selection.
She also held a parallel role as Recruiting Team Lead at Wendy’s Georgia, where she spent more than three years overseeing recruitment operations. Prior to this leadership position, she was a Human Resources Recruiting Specialist within Wendy’s Georgia, focusing on sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding talent.
Earlier, Mariam contributed to Dunkin’ Georgia as a Recruiting Team Lead, where she played a key role in building hiring pipelines for frontline and managerial positions. She also gained experience as a Recruiting Specialist at AgroHub, supporting the organization’s HR functions, and as a Human Resources Assistant at Financial Bureau, where she began her career in HR.
Across her career, Mariam has developed deep expertise in recruitment leadership, HR operations, and organizational hiring strategies, positioning her as a strong fit for her new role at TBC Insurance.
