Fort Worth, Texas, United States, December 2024 – Marina Zuza has been named the Vice President of Human Resources at Trademark Property Company, a leading full-service real estate firm. In her new role, Marina will oversee HR strategies and transformation initiatives, ensuring alignment with the company’s vision of enhancing communities and enriching lives through its retail, multifamily, and mixed-use spaces.
Marina Zuza brings over 15 years of human resources experience across various sectors, with expertise in employee engagement, workforce planning, and strategic HR leadership. Prior to joining Trademark Property Company, Marina served as Vice President of Human Resources at Caregiver, Inc., where she led HR strategies for a dispersed workforce of 4,000 employees across five states, driving initiatives in employee engagement, compliance, and legal matters.
Before that, Marina held the position of Vice President of Talent Acquisition and later Vice President of Human Resources at Focused Post Acute Care Partners, where she directed HR operations for a workforce of 2,200 employees, focusing on leadership development, operational efficiency, and employee retention.
Marina also served as Human Resources Director at Methodist Rehabilitation Hospital, where she led transformational initiatives to reduce turnover and enhance employee engagement. Additionally, she has held roles at Regency Hospital Company and Senior Care Centers Health and Rehabilitation, where she developed and implemented HR policies, facilitated cultural improvements, and partnered with leadership on strategic workforce initiatives.
