Bengaluru, Karnataka ,India, April 2026 — Mayur Mandlekar has assumed the role of Chief Executive Officer (CEO) at KPT Industries Limited.He has been appointed by the Board to lead KPT Industries as a listed public limited company CEO, with full responsibility for enterprise performance, governance, and long-term value creation. In this role, he is overseeing the business end-to-end across manufacturing, operations, supply chain, sales and marketing, finance, HR, and legal and compliance, while also driving revenue growth, profitability, cash flow, ROI metrics, and market expansion across domestic and international markets.
Before taking on this role, Mayur Mandlekar built a long and accomplished career at Stanley Black & Decker, Inc., where he most recently served as Director of Commercial Marketing & Product Management, Asia Region. In this role, he led commercial marketing, product management, product marketing, and business strategy for the Asia region across DEWALT, STANLEY, and BLACK+DECKER branded power tools businesses. He was responsible for managing business strategy for a USD 300 million-plus growth agenda, leading annual business revenues, gross profit margins, and strategic product development, while also driving product-market strategies and omni-channel go-to-market execution across high-growth international markets.
Earlier at Stanley Black & Decker, he served as Director of Product Management | DEWALT, STANLEY, Black & Decker Brand, for Tools & Outdoor Business, where he led a team of international product managers and managed a USD 350 million portfolio across emerging markets. Prior to that, he was Director – Product Management, Global Emerging Markets (DEWALT & STANLEY Brands), where he championed product management for the global emerging markets power tools business and played a major role in conceptualizing and launching a new STANLEY industrial tools line that achieved rapid growth across Asia, Latin America, the Middle East, and other emerging markets. He had also served as Senior Product Manager – Global Emerging Markets, contributing to new product growth and business revenues across the power tools segment.
Before joining Stanley Black & Decker, Mayur Mandlekar spent more than a decade at Saint-Gobain Abrasives, where he held a series of progressively senior roles including Senior Product Manager: India & Export Markets, Manager, Product Engineering, Deputy Manager, and Senior Product Engineer, USA, in addition to earlier product and application engineering responsibilities. Across these roles, he handled product management, engineering, OEM business development, exports, key accounts, distributor strategy, and new product introductions, building deep expertise across industrial products, branding, market expansion, and product-led growth in both Indian and international markets.
His career journey reflects extensive experience in business strategy, product management, commercial leadership, manufacturing-linked businesses, and international market development. This broad cross-functional exposure now positions him well to lead KPT Industries Limited across its three core business areas — Power Tools, Industrial Blowers, and Electric Vehicles — while strengthening operational discipline, quality standards, customer engagement, and shareholder value creation.
Mayur Mandlekar has also pursued executive education that complements his leadership journey. He completed an Executive Business Management Program at the Indian Institute of Management Bangalore and earned a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Management from SVKM’s Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies (NMIMS). His educational background has supported his strong foundation in marketing, business strategy, competitive positioning, and leadership transition.
