Jaipur, Rajasthan, India, April 2026 — Gynocci has announced the appointment of Medha Behal as Head of Human Resources, marking a key leadership addition as the organization strengthens its people function to support its growing footprint in diagnosis-led Ayurvedic healthcare.
Medha steps into this role with a strong background in HR leadership, operations, and organizational development, bringing diverse experience across industries. In her new position, she will be responsible for driving HR strategy, talent development, and building a strong organizational culture, aligned with Gynocci’s mission of delivering structured and holistic healthcare solutions.
Prior to joining Gynocci, Medha was serving as Chief Human Resources Officer at Instant Travel Solutions, where she led HR strategy and people initiatives, contributing to organizational growth and workforce development.
Earlier, she worked as Senior Human Resources Manager at Analah Ventures and Senior Manager – Corporate Human Resources at Rishabh Group of Companies, where she played a key role in strengthening HR operations, policy frameworks, and employee engagement initiatives.
Medha also held the position of Head of Human Resources at Pecon Power, where she was responsible for leading the HR function and aligning people practices with business goals.
Her earlier experience includes roles at DGS Translogistics India Pvt Ltd, Anand Bhawan Safety Vaults Pvt. Ltd., and Eden Group of Schools, where she built strong expertise across HR operations, administration, workforce management, and organizational effectiveness. She began her career handling HR and administrative responsibilities across organizations such as Bhairav Garh Resort, Neptune Chempastel Pvt. Ltd., and IDBI Bank, gaining foundational experience in HR and operations.
With her extensive experience across HR leadership, compliance, employee engagement, and operational management, Medha Behal is well-positioned to lead Gynocci’s people agenda as it scales its innovative healthcare model.
