West Chester, Pennsylvania, United States, April 2025 – Megan Whalen has been elevated to the role of Director, Global Talent Management at QVC Group, a position in which she will lead the development and execution of global talent strategies encompassing organizational development, leadership coaching, performance management, succession planning, and employee recognition. She will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of talent across QVC’s international workforce.
Over the past four years at QVC Group, Megan has held several progressive leadership roles in Organizational Development. Most recently, she served as Senior Manager, Organizational Development, where she led global teams in building talent development frameworks and initiatives. Prior to that, she held the role of Manager, Organizational Development, where she managed global performance evaluations, coaching, and talent reviews. She initially joined QVC as a Senior Organizational Development Partner, where she was instrumental in launching career development tools and enhancing performance frameworks across the organization.
Before joining QVC, Megan spent over seven years at Segal, where she held multiple consulting roles focused on human capital and organizational effectiveness. Her expertise spanned compensation strategy, performance management, and sales force effectiveness across industries including higher education, professional sports, and the public sector. She rose through the ranks from Associate to Consultant, consistently delivering strategic solutions to complex organizational challenges.
Earlier in her career, Megan began as a University Services Intern at Licensing Resource Group, where she gained foundational experience in account and project management, laying the groundwork for her future in talent development and organizational leadership.
