Phoenix, Arizona, United States, July 2024 – Melissa Locklar has joined ArmorWorks Enterprises, Inc as the new Vice President of Human Resources. Melissa is excited to be part of an incredible team dedicated to protecting people with innovative products.
Melissa Locklar was previously the Global Head of Human Resources at OneOrigin for approximately 1.5 years. In this role, she led HR strategies and initiatives across global operations, ensuring efficient HR management and team leadership.
Prior to OneOrigin, Melissa worked as a Human Resources Manager at GXO Logistics, Inc. for around 1.5 years. She managed HR operations nationally in a hybrid role, providing leadership in HR management and team dynamics.
Melissa also served as the Director of Human Resources & Payroll at Southwest Mobile Storage for over 4 years, overseeing HR management and team leadership in the Phoenix, Arizona area.
Her earlier experience includes being the Director of Human Resources at Planned Parenthood Arizona, Inc. for nearly 3 years, where she managed HR functions and payroll operations.
