Michael Raphael’s journey with JLL has been marked by a profound depth of experience and accomplishment within the sourcing and procurement landscape. Before stepping into his new role, Raphael contributed his expertise as JLL’s Global Head of Sourcing Solutions Development & Operations. In this capacity, he not only led the global sourcing team in catering to client outsourcing requests but also oversaw the operations team with a keen focus on enhancing service delivery and operational efficiency. Raphael’s extensive tenure includes 17 years in Asia, where his leadership as Chief Procurement Officer for the Asia-Pacific region significantly bolstered JLL’s procurement capabilities across 14 countries.
Under the stewardship of Neil Murray, CEO of JLL Work Dynamics, Raphael has been instrumental in forging robust supplier relationships and advancing JLL’s sourcing and procurement initiatives.
