Los Angeles Metropolitan Area, United States, October 2024 – Michelle J. Eubanks has been appointed as the Chief People Experience Officer at Elevation Health Partners. In her new role, Michelle will oversee the company’s entire HR function, focusing on staffing, employee relations, compensation, performance management, compliance, talent development, and HR technology. She will lead efforts to enhance the overall people experience, foster a positive work environment, and drive engagement and retention.
Prior to joining Elevation Health Partners, Michelle served as Manager, Global HRIS at Herbalife for over five years, where she led global talent and performance initiatives. Her role involved managing HR systems, implementing change management strategies, and collaborating across teams to improve employee engagement and streamline HR processes.
Michelle also held the role of HRIS Specialist at Herbalife for more than seven years, overseeing the maintenance and administration of SuccessFactors for 9,000 users worldwide. She was pivotal in implementing Oracle Fusion HCM, managing data extraction, analysis, and training for a global client base.
Earlier in her career, Michelle served as HR Employment & Retention Manager at Planned Parenthood Los Angeles, where she led HR technology initiatives, drove recruitment and retention strategies, and optimized hiring practices. Michelle’s expertise in data analysis significantly improved compensation structures and vacancy rate goals.
Michelle has also held HR leadership roles at Molina Healthcare, where she established a full-service HR department, aligned HR functions with business needs, and enhanced employee retention through key metrics reports and recognition programs.
