Prior to her tenure at STARS, Dickie brought a wealth of experience from various leadership roles, including Talent Acquisition Manager at WestJet and Vice President of Human Resources at FGL Sports Ltd. Her extensive background also includes significant positions at Parkland Fuel Corporation and Intact Insurance, where she developed key skills in employee relations and strategic HR planning.
