Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India, January 2026 – Rejig Digital has announced the appointment of Mihir Jhaveri as Chief Commercial Officer (CCO), strengthening its leadership team as the Industry 4.0 and IoT-driven digital manufacturing platform scales its enterprise presence across India, the United States and global markets. In his new role, Mihir will lead Rejig’s global commercial strategy, revenue growth, partner ecosystem development, branding, analyst relations and investor engagement to accelerate predictable topline growth and category leadership.
Mihir joins Rejig Digital with deep experience in enterprise technology, manufacturing transformation and digital platform commercialisation. He has also concurrently taken on the role of Chief Commercial Officer at Solution Analysts, where he is responsible for building scalable partner-led growth engines, global market expansion across North America, Europe and the Middle East, and strengthening enterprise transformation and EPM GCC service capabilities.
Earlier, Mihir founded MJ Consulting, where he led product conceptualisation and go-to-market for smart manufacturing planning platforms, CRM and ERM products for MSME, SMB and enterprise manufacturing organisations. He also served as Director at Vieg Services Pvt Ltd, delivering growth, ESG, HR and digital transformation consulting across manufacturing, pharma, chemical and construction sectors.
He has previously held senior leadership roles at DEV Information Technology Ltd, Intech Systems, Bristlecone (a Mahindra Group company), Evosys, HCL Technologies, IBM and several global technology and consulting firms, leading large-scale enterprise sales, product engineering, supply chain consulting and digital transformation initiatives across India, North America and Europe.
