New York, United States, December 2024 – Mike Schoen has taken on the role of Head of Executive Talent Acquisition at Datavant. In this position, Mike will oversee the end-to-end executive recruiting function, ensuring alignment with Datavant’s mission to make healthcare data secure, accessible, and actionable. He will lead strategies to attract top-tier executive talent, manage candidate pipelines, and optimize recruitment operations through tools like Greenhouse ATS.
Before joining Datavant, Mike served as Director of Technical and Professional Recruiting at Signify Health, where he led R&D team expansion, rebuilt the technical recruiting function, and managed a team of eight recruiters across the US and Ireland. His leadership contributed to Signify Health winning the 2024 HRO Today TA Team of the Year Award.
Earlier, Mike was Senior Talent Acquisition Manager at Brace, where he built the talent function from scratch, developed recruitment strategies, and implemented onboarding processes to enhance employee engagement. At Adaptive Financial Consulting, he served as Global Talent Acquisition Partner, managing full-cycle recruiting and talent acquisition strategies across multiple global offices.
Mike’s career also includes roles such as Recruiting Manager at untapt, where he leveraged AI-driven hiring platforms to match tech talent with opportunities, and leadership positions at Career Path Group, specializing in executive and technical recruitment.
