With over a decade of experience in the HR field, particularly in the medical device sector, Miranda is poised to lead Cirtec Medical’s human resources initiatives into a new era of strategic development and operational excellence.
Career Journey and Experience
Miranda’s professional journey before joining Cirtec Medical includes significant roles across various organizations within the medical technology field. Most recently, she served as the Manager of Human Resources for Commercial Operations at OpSens Medical from November 2022 to May 2024. In this role, Miranda was instrumental in driving business objectives through strategic HR initiatives and supporting the integration of OpSens into Haemonetics following its acquisition in December 2023.
Prior to OpSens, Miranda held the position of Senior Manager, Human Resources at HLT, Inc. from December 2021 to November 2022. At HLT, she provided consultative HR leadership across multiple departments, focusing on organizational design, talent management, and employee engagement. She played a critical role in managing the company’s closure in October 2022, overseeing the WARN process and final transitions.
Before her tenure at HLT, Miranda was involved with ACIST Medical Systems for over four years, where she started as a Senior Learning and Development Specialist and later ascended to the role of Human Resources Manager. Her responsibilities encompassed developing and implementing learning strategies and HR practices that significantly enhanced employee development and organizational growth.
Miranda’s earlier career includes a role as Training Manager at Phillips-Medisize from January 2012 to June 2017, where she developed training programs vital for the growth and compliance of the workforce. Before that, she was the Human Resources Manager at PDM Bridge, where she managed HR operations from 2010 to 2012.
