Gurugram, Haryana, India, April 2026 — Niva Bupa Health Insurance has promoted Mudit Gupta to the position of Deputy Vice President.
Gupta has been associated with Niva Bupa Health Insurance for more than four years and has held a series of leadership roles across corporate business and health insurance distribution.
Prior to his promotion, he served as Assistant Vice President, where he was part of the leadership team supporting business growth and distribution initiatives.
Earlier, he held the position of Regional Head – Corporate Business North & East, overseeing corporate business operations and client engagement across key markets in northern and eastern India.
Before joining Niva Bupa Health Insurance, Gupta was associated with Marsh India, where he held leadership positions including Assistant Vice President and Senior Manager. During his tenure, he worked across corporate insurance solutions, client management, business development, and insurance advisory services.
Prior to Marsh India, he served in leadership roles with Willis Towers Watson, where he worked as Senior Manager and Manager – Sales and Retention, supporting corporate clients through employee benefits, insurance consulting, business development, and relationship management initiatives.
Earlier in his career, Gupta worked with Almondz Insurance Brokers as Manager, building experience across insurance distribution, client servicing, business acquisition, and risk management solutions.
Throughout his career, he has developed expertise across health insurance, corporate business development, employee benefits, client relationship management, insurance consulting, distribution strategy, sales leadership, and business growth initiatives.
