Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India – November 2024 – Munish Kumar has joined Apollo Sindoori Hotels Limited as the new Group Chief Executive Officer. In his role, Munish will lead Apollo Sindoori’s extensive operations across hospitality and business support services, focusing on enhancing customer experience and fostering innovative growth strategies. He brings a wealth of experience in leadership roles across various industries, which aligns well with Apollo Sindoori’s mission to set new benchmarks in hospitality and business services.
Before joining Apollo Sindoori, Munish was the Chief Executive Officer of Quess IFMS & Security Services at Quess Corp Limited, where he oversaw one of India’s largest integrated facility management services with over 75,000 employees. His leadership expanded the company’s presence in food services, housekeeping, and security solutions, contributing to its recognition as one of the top facility management companies in India.
Previously, he served as the Chief Executive Officer – Group Sales & International Business and CEO of Innovsource at FirstMeridian Business Services, where he led significant growth initiatives and managed key client partnerships across multiple industries. His expertise in talent management and facility management was instrumental in driving FirstMeridian’s expansion in India and international markets.
Earlier in his career, Munish was a founding team member and President at LabourNet Services, where he helped grow the organization from 15 employees to over 2,000, establishing LabourNet as a top livelihood services provider in India. His leadership supported expansion into over 25 cities in India and established international partnerships in the APAC and Middle East regions.
Munish also held the role of CEO & Director at Shapoorji Pallonji Group, where he managed workforce migration solutions for the construction industry in the MENA region, overseeing a workforce of over 35,000. His entrepreneurial initiatives in international workforce solutions contributed significantly to the group’s growth in the region.
