Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, January 2025 – Pos Malaysia Berhad has announced the appointment of Natalia Navin as the Group Chief People Officer. In her new role, Navin will lead the company’s human resources strategy, focusing on organizational transformation, talent management, and leadership development to support Pos Malaysia’s continued growth and operational excellence.
Natalia Navin joins Pos Malaysia Berhad after nearly five years at Maxis, where she served as Chief Human Resources Officer. During her tenure, she played a pivotal role in HR transformation, diversity & inclusion initiatives, and strategic leadership, driving the company’s people agenda during a period of significant business evolution.
Before Maxis, she was the Asia Pacific HR Director at Micro Focus for approximately two years, where she led succession planning, executive development, and leadership strategies across the region. Earlier, she spent four years at Hewlett Packard Enterprise, holding leadership roles such as Country HR Director and Country Labour Relations Lead, focusing on labour relations management, organizational leadership, and strategic human capital development.
Her earlier experience includes managerial roles in industrial relations at CIMB and serving as a Senior Eligibility Officer for the United Nations, where she managed refugee status determination. She began her career as an Advocate & Solicitor at ZICO Law, focusing on employment and human capital services.
