Before joining Spinbox, Natasha founded and served as a consultant at ConfexPro Ltd, where she delivered talent acquisition solutions to the events industry. Her role emphasized executive search, recruitment strategies, and consultancy for top-tier clients.
Previously, she was a Talent Acquisition Partner at Informa, managing corporate recruitment needs and executing strategies to attract and retain talent across diverse functions. Natasha also co-founded Expocast, where she focused on global recruitment solutions specifically tailored to the exhibition and conference sectors. Over nearly four years, she fostered strong client relationships and built a reputation for trust and knowledge in the industry.
Earlier in her career, Natasha held various recruitment and talent management roles at Talent Works International and tfconnect. At Talent Works International, she worked as a Recruitment Services Manager, delivering solutions for complex recruitment needs, and at tfconnect, she managed executive searches and global recruitment for the events industry. Her early career also includes HR roles at RSK Group and BrightHouse, where she developed foundational skills in talent acquisition and employee support.
