In this leadership role, Neha will drive the strategic HR agenda for kipi.ai’s global workforce, building high-trust teams, strengthening people practices, and aligning HR initiatives with the organization’s AI-driven innovation roadmap.
Neha has been an integral part of kipi.ai for the past four years, serving as Associate Director – Global HR. During this time, she led key global initiatives across talent development, engagement, and organizational effectiveness, playing a central role in scaling the company’s HR operations to match its rapid growth. Her work has been instrumental in shaping a values-based, inclusive workplace culture for the AI and analytics powerhouse.
Before joining kipi.ai, Neha held the position of Manager at Hexagon Search, where she focused on talent strategy and organizational resourcing. She partnered closely with leadership teams to support strategic hiring and build HR capabilities for growth-stage organizations across sectors. Her experience during this period honed her skills in executive stakeholder management and strategic workforce planning.
Earlier in her career, Neha spent close to five years with iPlace, where she rose to the position of Senior Executive. At iPlace, she specialized in talent acquisition and process improvement, supporting diverse client portfolios in technology and professional services. This foundational phase in her journey helped her build strong expertise in recruitment operations, candidate experience, and HR analytics.
