Riyadh, Saudi Arabia / Dubai, UAE, September 2024 – Nitin Navish Gupta has taken on the dual role of Chief Executive Officer, Aster Clinics and Head of Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A), Aster Saudi Arabia at Aster DM Healthcare. In this expanded role, he will oversee strategic operations across Aster Clinics in the GCC region, while leading M&A initiatives for the Saudi Arabia arm of the business, contributing to the company’s continued growth and expansion.
Prior to his promotion, Nitin Navish Gupta served as Chief Executive Officer of Aster & Access Clinics, GCC for approximately four years. During this time, he led the clinic’s operations across the Gulf region, focusing on improving patient care and streamlining operational efficiency. His leadership drove the successful growth of Aster Clinics in the UAE and other GCC markets.
Before joining Aster DM Healthcare, Nitin held the position of Director, Cardio Vascular (CV) and Terumo Aortic (TA) at Terumo India Private Limited for around a year, where he was responsible for managing operations and expanding the cardiovascular and aortic product lines across India. His strategic acumen helped strengthen Terumo’s presence in the healthcare market.
Nitin also spent nearly seven years at Max Healthcare as Vice President and Unit Head at the Max Super Specialty Hospital in Saket, New Delhi. He played a pivotal role in leading one of the largest healthcare facilities in the country, ensuring top-notch patient care and fostering organizational growth through operational improvements and business development.
Earlier in his career, Nitin worked at Evalueserve for over a decade, where he served as Associate Vice President, Corporates and Professional Services. He was instrumental in the company’s growth from a 20-member startup to a global leader with over 2,700 employees. His experience spanned business development, sales, and global ICT operations across multiple regions including the UK, Europe, China, and Singapore.
