In her new role, she will lead media relations for Nokia in India, driving strategic communications, strengthening the company’s reputation, and supporting its corporate narrative across key stakeholders and the media.
With more than 15 years of experience in corporate communications, media relations, executive visibility, ESG storytelling, reputation management, crisis communications, employer branding, and strategic communications, Kanika Bedi brings a wealth of expertise across the technology, consumer goods, healthcare, and communications sectors. Her appointment reflects Nokia’s continued focus on strengthening stakeholder engagement and reinforcing its position as a trusted innovation partner.
Prior to joining Nokia, Kanika Bedi was associated with PersonaKraft, where she served as Corporate Communication Strategist & Employee Advocacy Trainer and Corporate Communications, LinkedIn Profile Rewrite & Personal Branding Expert. In these roles, she worked closely with founders, CXOs, and senior professionals to build thought leadership, executive visibility, employer branding, and communication capabilities through customized workshops, storytelling, and strategic content initiatives. She also served as a Visiting Faculty Member at Altera Institute, delivering sessions on business communications, storytelling, leadership communication, and personal branding.
Earlier, Kanika Bedi held senior communications leadership positions at Reckitt, where she led corporate communications across India and South Asia for flagship brands including Dettol, Durex, Harpic, Moov, and Mortein. Before that, she spent over five years with The Coca-Cola Company, leading corporate communications, sustainability storytelling, internal communications, executive communications, and global brand initiatives. Her distinguished career also includes nearly five years at Ericsson, where she drove media relations, executive visibility, crisis communications, and thought leadership, along with earlier experience at International Paper, 20:20 Media, theviewspaper.net, and Artemis Health Institute, building a strong foundation in strategic communications and public relations.
