Singapore, April 2025 – P.J. Low has joined ENGIE South East Asia as the Head of People Shared Services, bringing over two decades of HR leadership, project management, and shared services transformation experience. In this strategic role, he will lead the company’s People Shared Services function across the region, focusing on HR operations, governance and compliance, business process improvement, and shared services strategy.
Prior to this, P.J. took a 1.5-year caregiving career break, demonstrating his commitment to personal priorities. Before that, he spent over four years at Zebra Technologies, where he served as Senior Manager, HR Service Center, APAC, overseeing HR delivery across the region, optimizing processes, and managing global projects and M&A integrations. He also held the role of Senior Manager, HR Project Management & Business Planning, where he drove project execution aligned with global and regional HR strategies.

Earlier in his career, P.J. held several senior roles at Rolls-Royce Singapore. As HRSSC Team Manager – Asia Pacific, he led the implementation of Workday and the development of HR shared services for the region. In his prior role as Process Lead & Customer Support Lead – HR Shared Services APAC, he successfully drove SAP HRM and payroll implementations and played a key role in business process redesign across Asia Pacific.
P.J.’s earlier roles include stints at Convergys, National University of Singapore, and BCSIS, where he worked in HR systems, business analysis, and consulting, laying a strong foundation for his career in HR transformation and operational leadership.
