Zug, Switzerland, June 2026 — Evalueserve, a global domain-led AI services company, has announced the appointment of Pallab Deb as its Chief Executive Officer (CEO). A globally recognized technology and business leader with more than 25 years of experience spanning artificial intelligence, cloud computing, data and analytics, strategic partnerships, digital transformation, and enterprise technology services, Pallab will lead Evalueserve’s next phase of growth as organizations worldwide accelerate AI adoption and transformation initiatives.
In his new role, Pallab will be responsible for driving Evalueserve’s global growth strategy, strengthening its AI-led service portfolio, expanding client relationships, accelerating innovation, and enhancing the company’s position as a trusted partner for knowledge-intensive and domain-driven business transformation.
Prior to joining Evalueserve, Pallab spent more than seven years with Google Cloud, where he held a series of senior global leadership roles. Most recently, he served as Managing Director, Global Partner GTM Practice & Product Engagement, leading the design and execution of Google Cloud’s global partner go-to-market strategy. He was responsible for aligning partners with product innovation, deployments, co-development initiatives, and strategic growth programs across the cloud ecosystem.
Earlier at Google, he served as Managing Director – SI & Industry GTM Partnerships, where he defined business and execution strategies for global systems integrator partnerships and launched innovative strategic partnership frameworks that accelerated adoption of Google Cloud’s Data and AI solutions. He also held leadership roles as Managing Director – Application ISV Partnerships, Director – Application ISV Partnerships, and Director – Partner Solutions & AI Partnerships, helping establish and scale strategic AI, cloud, and partner ecosystems globally.
In parallel, Pallab also served as an Advisory Board Member at CapitalG, Alphabet’s independent growth fund, where he advised high-growth technology companies on AI adoption, go-to-market strategy, monetization, sales acceleration, and scaling global operations.
Before Google, Pallab spent nearly 16 years with Wipro, where he held multiple global leadership positions across sales, alliances, consulting, digital transformation, cloud services, and AI. Most notably, he served as Vice President & Head – Data, Analytics & AI, with global responsibility for Wipro’s Data and AI business. He also served as Vice President & Head – Digital Services, General Manager & Head of Strategic Alliances, and several other senior leadership positions, helping build strategic partnerships with leading technology companies including SAP, Salesforce, Microsoft, AWS, Google, Workday, IBM, VMware, and others.
Earlier in his career, Pallab held business development and sales leadership positions with Planetasia and Wipro, developing expertise in enterprise technology solutions, strategic account management, partner ecosystems, and business growth across international markets.
Pallab holds an MBA in Marketing and Information Systems from SPJIMR (S. P. Jain Institute of Management and Research). Throughout his career, he has earned a strong reputation for building high-growth businesses, driving AI-led innovation, scaling global partnerships, and helping enterprises unlock business value through technology transformation.
With his extensive experience across AI, cloud, data, analytics, strategic alliances, and enterprise services, Pallab is expected to play a transformative role in shaping Evalueserve’s future growth and strengthening its position at the intersection of domain expertise and artificial intelligence.
