Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India – May 2025 – Parag Bhatnagar has joined Biodeal Pharmaceuticals Limited as Corporate HR Head, bringing with him over two decades of extensive experience across hospitality, real estate, logistics, and manufacturing sectors. In his new role, Parag will spearhead strategic HR initiatives aligned with Biodeal’s business vision, with a strong focus on HR process automation, employee engagement, and talent acquisition strategies.

Prior to this appointment, Parag Bhatnagar held senior HR leadership roles at Supertech Group, MBD Group, Crowne Plaza Hotels, Clarks Group, and Aramex. At MBD Group, he played a critical role in talent acquisition, training and development, and managing complex industrial relations by successfully negotiating multiple union charters.

He was also associated with Club Mahindra Holidays, where his contributions toward fostering a performance-driven and retention-focused culture were widely acknowledged. His broad HR expertise spans IR, HR automation, training interventions, and organizational culture transformation.

Parag holds a Master’s in Social Work, an MBA, and has completed an MDP from IIM Ahmedabad. He is also certified in POSH and Psychometric Analysis. His deep understanding of aligning HR strategy with business imperatives has earned him accolades from reputed HR associations, NGOs, and academic institutions for his impact in the HR domain.

Matthew Breitfelder is Partner and Global Head of Human Capital at Apollo, where he focuses on attracting extraordinary talent to the firm and creating an innovative, inclusive, high-performance culture that brings out the best in Apollo’s people. Matt leads Apollo’s recruiting, talent management, compensation, succession planning, citizenship, employee relations, development, and culture work. He is also a member of the firm’s Leadership Team. Matt is committed to expanding opportunities across Apollo’s workplace, marketplace, and communities. Prior to joining Apollo, Matt was Chief Talent Officer at BlackRock as well as a member of the Operating Committee. Previously, he held strategy, talent, and innovation roles at Mastercard, PwC, and CEB/Gartner.

Matt holds a BA in Economics from the University of Southern California, an MSc from the London School of Economics, and an MBA from Harvard Business School. He currently serves on the boards of the Lumina Foundation, the Aspen Institute’s Business and Society program, the Milken Institute’s Inclusive Capitalism initiative, and Georgetown University’s initiative on AI, Analytics, and the Future of Work. He is the co-author of numerous Harvard Business School case studies and articles on leadership. Matt has been recognized as a Top Global CHRO multiple times by n2Growth and Stanford Business School.
