In his expanded role, he will continue to lead the company’s marketing strategy and national business operations, driving brand growth, business performance, customer engagement, and operational excellence across Mahindra’s tractors and farm equipment business.
With over 27 years of experience in the automotive and farm equipment industry, Parikshit Ghosh has built a distinguished career spanning marketing, sales, customer care, business operations, farm machinery, spares management, dealer network development, supply chain transformation, and customer experience. His elevation reflects Mahindra & Mahindra’s continued confidence in his leadership as the company strengthens its market leadership in the agricultural and automotive sectors.
During his remarkable 26-year journey with Mahindra & Mahindra, Parikshit has held multiple leadership roles of increasing responsibility across the Automotive and Farm Equipment Business. Most recently, he served as Vice President & Head – Marketing and National Business Operations – Mahindra Tractors, where he successfully led strategic growth initiatives through brand building, digital transformation, customer-centric programs, and operational excellence. Throughout his tenure, he has played a pivotal role in driving P&L growth, expanding dealer networks, strengthening supply chain capabilities, enhancing customer experience, and accelerating the growth of Mahindra’s tractors and farm machinery business.
Before joining Mahindra & Mahindra, Parikshit Ghosh began his professional career as a Territory Manager at Hindustan Motors Ltd., where he developed a strong foundation in sales, business development, and automotive operations. His extensive leadership experience across both organizations has positioned him as a seasoned executive with deep expertise in business transformation and market leadership.
