Manesar, Haryana, India, July 2025 – Parul Pruthi has been appointed as the Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) at Revolt Motors, India’s leading electric motorcycle brand. In her new role, Parul will spearhead the HR strategy for the organization, focusing on building a high-performance culture, enhancing employee engagement, and enabling talent transformation to support Revolt’s next phase of growth in the clean mobility space.
Before joining Revolt Motors, Parul Pruthi served as Head HR at Marelli – India Technical R&D Centre for nearly 11 years. In this role, she led the full spectrum of HR and general administration activities, ensuring alignment between HR strategy and business goals. She played a pivotal role in employee engagement, policy implementation, resource planning, grievance handling, and performance management.
Prior to this, Parul worked at Magneti Marelli Powertrain India Pvt. Ltd. in multiple capacities, including HR Manager, Deputy Manager – HR, and Assistant Manager, where she drove key initiatives in talent development, workforce planning, labor law compliance, and WCM (World Class Manufacturing) audits. Her contributions included strengthening performance frameworks and fostering a people-centric culture across business units.
Earlier in her career, Parul held generalist HR roles at Magneti Marelli S.p.A., where she supported seven joint ventures across India in the automotive sector. She also held HR and consulting roles at Aon Hewitt as a PeopleSoft HR Consultant and served as a Production Support Analyst, where she combined technical proficiency with human capital understanding—developing her unique edge in systems-led HR transformation.
Parul holds an MBA in Human Resources from IMI Delhi and brings a rare combination of tech-enabled HR operations, employee-centric leadership, and strategic business alignment to her new role at Revolt.
