Stockholm, Stockholm County, Sweden, September 2024 – Patrick Pendaries has been appointed as the Head of People Operations at Epassi. In this role, he will oversee the company’s HR operations, focusing on enhancing people management practices and driving HR strategy across the organization.
Patrick Pendaries joins Epassi with extensive HR experience. Most recently, he served as the Head of HR Operations at H&M Group for approximately three years. Here, he led HR operations across the company, managing various strategic initiatives and HR functions.
Before his tenure at H&M Group, Patrick was the Product Area Manager – Colleague Lifecycle at H&M Group for about two years. He was responsible for leading digital HR capabilities and managing multiple products related to employee lifecycle processes.
Previously, Patrick worked at Electrolux in several roles. As the Head of Global Workforce Management & People Analytics for around four years, he led a team in managing employee lifecycle processes and people data. Prior to this, he was the Director of HR Cloud Operations at Electrolux for nearly five years, where he set up and managed teams for implementing global cloud-based HR systems.
Patrick began his career at Ericsson as the Head of HRIT for about seven months. He also has experience as the Founder & Managing Director of HRMS Partners AB, where he specialized in HR systems integration and process engineering for approximately four and a half years. Earlier, he worked at Sandvik in various HR roles, including Global HCM Lead, contributing to global HR service center implementations and HCM deployments.
