Patrick Plüss Promoted to Global Head of Talent Acquisition at MENARINI Group

Florence, Tuscany, Italy, July 2026 — MENARINI Group has promoted Patrick Plüss to Global Head of Talent Acquisition, recognizing his outstanding contribution to the organization’s global talent strategy and leadership over the past four years. In his new role, Patrick will collaborate with international teams to strengthen Menarini’s employer brand, champion its people-first culture, and attract world-class talent to support the company’s continued global expansion.

Patrick joined MENARINI Group in 2022 as Head of Talent Acquisition – EMEA & APAC (Oncology), where he led talent acquisition across two strategically important regions, supporting the rapid growth of the company’s global oncology business. He partnered closely with business leaders to recruit specialized scientific, commercial, and leadership talent while helping build high-performing teams across international markets.

He was subsequently promoted to Global Head of Talent Acquisition – Oncology, expanding his responsibilities to lead global recruitment strategy for Menarini’s oncology division. During this period, he played a key role in strengthening global hiring capabilities, supporting business growth, and attracting exceptional talent to one of the pharmaceutical industry’s fastest-growing oncology portfolios.

Prior to joining Menarini, Patrick spent more than five years with CSL Behring, where he progressed through several senior talent acquisition leadership roles. As Senior Manager, Talent Acquisition EMEA, he led recruitment across multiple international markets while driving diversity, equity and inclusion initiatives, employer branding, and talent acquisition excellence. Earlier, he served as Senior Talent Acquisition Partner – Global R&D, supporting executive recruitment across research, medical affairs, regulatory affairs, pharmaceutical development, and global R&D functions. He began his CSL journey as a Talent Acquisition Consultant, leading full-cycle recruitment across manufacturing, engineering, quality, IT, commercial operations, and research organizations.

Earlier in his career, Patrick held talent acquisition and recruitment leadership roles with Richemont, Johnson Electric, and Careerplus Group, building extensive expertise in executive recruitment, employer branding, international sourcing, stakeholder management, and global talent strategy across multiple industries.

With more than a decade of international recruitment and talent acquisition leadership experience spanning pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, manufacturing, luxury goods, and engineering, Patrick brings deep expertise in global hiring strategy, executive recruitment, employer branding, organizational growth, and workforce planning. His promotion reflects MENARINI Group’s continued investment in building a world-class global workforce to support its long-term innovation and growth ambitions.
