Pasig City, Metro Manila, Philippines, July 2026 — Converge Studios Inc. has appointed Ysa Alcantara as Vice President of Business Development, strengthening its leadership team as the company accelerates the delivery of cloud, application development, productivity, and security solutions for enterprises undergoing digital transformation.
Ysa joins Converge Studios after an accomplished career spanning business development, technology partnerships, learning technology, customer success, and digital transformation. Most recently, she served as Associate Director, Head of Career Technology at Viventis Search Asia, where she led the organization’s career technology practice, overseeing strategic partnerships, technology solutions, sales, and operations while helping organizations modernize their talent and learning ecosystems.
Earlier at Viventis Search Asia, she held successive leadership roles as Associate Director for Career Technology and Head of Career Technology (Partnerships, Sales & Operations), driving business growth, strengthening strategic alliances, and expanding technology-enabled talent solutions across the region.
Prior to these leadership positions, Ysa served as L&D Project Lead & Adaptive Learning Engineer at HR.com, where she led adaptive learning initiatives and supported organizations in implementing innovative learning technologies to enhance workforce capability and engagement. She also briefly served as Customer Success Manager at Degreed, helping clients maximize value from the leading learning experience platform.
Earlier in her career, Ysa built a strong foundation at Viventis Search Asia, serving as Implementation and Service Management Lead (Degreed LXP), Project Lead for AQ and GRIT Training Programs, Business Development Associate, and Associate Product Specialist, contributing to learning technology implementation, client success, product management, and business development initiatives. She also gained early professional experience through internships with the National Center for Mental Health Philippines and MCA Universal Music Philippines, where she worked on psychological assessment, behavioral observation, and marketing support respectively.
Ysa holds a Master of Arts in Clinical Psychology from the University of Santo Tomas, providing her with a unique blend of behavioral science expertise and commercial leadership experience.
With extensive experience across business development, technology partnerships, learning platforms, customer success, and digital transformation, Ysa is well positioned to lead Converge Studios’ business development strategy and support its continued expansion across the rapidly evolving managed services and cloud technology landscape.
